Relocom offer a full upgrade and design service for every aspect of corporate IT systems. This can range from upgrading server technology, storage, switches, routers and firewalls to deploying a new range of desktop systems, peripherals and systems desks across a major WAN.
When identifying equipment for upgrade, we:
- use our in-depth audit procedures to identify every existing item and its location
- this is then tagged for identification prior to replacement or upgrade.
We’re able to undertake these upgrades efficiently and quickly using an agreed change control process, without interruption to business routine or performance. Apart from the obvious physical change to the equipment, your user’s network access will appear transparent with records and applications available exactly as before.
We also provide a refurbishment/disposal service for redistribution. Redundant equipment is wiped of all data and securely scrapped or sold in compliance with the latest EU environmental directives (WEEE).
