Project Manager assigned: we will provide you with an expert project manager who will act as your main point of contact throughout the project. If you are undertaking your relocation with us, your project manager will most likely be the same for the whole project.

Site scope visit: we will visit you to get a feel of the scale of your project and the layout of your premises.

Data scope agreed: at this stage, the details required for your data audit will be discussed, designed and agreed, including acquisition of any existing data already held by you, i.e. HR databases, exisitng IT or Facilities information, etc.

Information condsidered at this stage may include:

  • location of building/floor/desk/room number
  • user name
  • telephone number
  • PC type
  • PC make and model
  • monitor type
  • monitor make and model
  • keyboard type
  • etc.

Database created: data will be collated in line with any given data and ready to collect new data and parameters agreed. Your database will be searchable in a number of ways, linking related equipment where appropriate.

Items individually tagged: each item will be tagged with a unique barcode. Barcode labels are tamper-proof and will be placed discretely, yet with ease of access for our data collection team and for your ongoing use.

Barcode data collection: using barcode readers or Samsung Q1 tablets, using pre-populated dropdown lists of anticipated data (from pre-audit). This method enables swift and accurate data collection to verify, update or add new data, entered directly into the database.

Any reliant items will be logged in the same manner, ensuring that their relationships are also tracked.

Catalogue created (if requested): if you require, we can also create a printed catalogue for your records.

Database uploaded to client: the database is uploaded to your server so that you can electronically maintain your asset register once the project is complete.

Training for ongoing usage: our experts will train your staff with how to use the database once the project is complete.
