Moves and Changes (MAC) Coordination
Large relocations and ongoing churn can be difficult to manage without specialist expertise. We can provide you with an onsite specialist, be it on a permanent or temporary basis. They will manage as much or as little of your ongoing moves and changes requirement as you desire. From preparation, to minor pre-moves and larger moves coordination, whatever you need they will be able to attend immediately, onsite.
We will work with you to create a job description that will afford your exact requirements. We will then source and provide you with an experienced, specialist MAC coordinator who will adhere to the devised job description. Some tasks that could be established within the job description may include the following:
- attendance of relocation meetings
- small internal moves
- support IT helpdesk with MAC requests
- update IT helpdesk system following move activity
- support the Facilities department planning larger moves
- coordinate and lead Relocom projects when additional resource is required
- complete floor box moves and patching
- update floorplans, CAD drawings and asset database following move activity
- provide post-move support
- work flexible hours to fit around move activity
- provide internal project support (background tasks)
- auditing/change control services
- monitoring of stock levels for MAC requirements.
Our team are all CIB checked, fully referenced and have many years of experience in their role and of Relocom processes and procedures. They have all worked with us for over 5 years, in some cases 15!
