Implementation

Once formulated and agreed, copies of the final planning schedules and individual responsibilities will be distributed to all stakeholders, including your in-house team, our relocation team and any other external team representatives involved.

Implementation of the agreed plan, will then follow the procedures illustrated, from power-down/break-down to recommission, testing and final handover at your new location. We operate a ‘nerve-centre’ throughout the life of the project that oversees and records every aspect of your relocation. A helpdesk is also on-hand following reinstallation.

Our Project Managers and Team Leaders are on hand throughout the relocation, supervising every stage of the project. They will provide fast-track resolution to any issues that may arise.

Senior members of our team will visit you post-relocation to ensure that everything is functioning as it should. You will also have access to a dedicated helpdesk following the reinstallation.
