Thusly, we offer a complete furniture audit, which, undertaken alongside your IT hardware audit, gives you a comprehensive understanding of your office environment. We can provide both a database and catalogue of, including photographs of each item, for identification purposes.

The flexibility of our asset management procedure means that together with your IT hardware audit, we can also incorporate your furniture. We detail the make, model, size and colour, tagging each item with a unique reference barcode. By auditing everything your have, you will be better positioned to plan your relocation. You’ll know what you have, what you need to move and what you need to replace, because our system will also detail the condition of each item.

This catalogue and database proves essential for Facilities professionals during relocation planning and is also beneficial for Finance teams to plan depreciation and upgrade budgets.

Our audit process is undertaken outside of office hours to minimise disruption to the working day. We will undertake the audit in the evenings and over weekends, at your suggestion.
