Our Culture

Our ‘can do’ attitude runs deeper than mere enthusiasm to succeed. We are dedicated to providing our clients with the best quality service. Reflecting this is our commitment to uphold and maintain our service standards in line with ISO-9001:2000, which help us to focus our efforts to support our customers needs.

ISO 9001:2000 states that we will:

  • identify the processes needed for a quality management system and their application throughout the organisation
  • determine the sequence and interaction of these processes
  • determine criteria and methods needed to ensure that both the operation and control of these processes are effective
  • ensure the availability of resources and information necessary to support the operation and monitoring of these processes
  • monitor, measure and analyse these processes
  • implement actions necessary to achieve planned results and continual improvement of these processes.

We hold regular management meetings amongst our team to ensure that quality standards are being met. We are also audited twice a year, once by URS, the accreditation body and once by an independent consultant.

Our previous report stated that we showed continued compliance to the ‘quality system’ and other requirements of ISO 9001:2000. Evidence of compliance was gained by sampling documents relating to our operations.

Internal audits and management reviews are well documented and effective to the companies needs & objectives. Our membership of ISO 9001:2000 will continue.
